Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CommentLoop, a software service operated by Loore s.r.o., Karpatské námestie 7770/10A, 831 06 Bratislava - Rača, Slovakia ("CommentLoop", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you are using CommentLoop on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

1. What CommentLoop is

CommentLoop is a web application that helps advertisers and agencies manage comments and direct messages on Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts. It reads comments and messages from the accounts you connect, labels them using artificial intelligence, can hide, delete, or reply to comments and send direct messages according to settings and rules you choose, and drafts replies based on your website content.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your login secure. Tell us immediately at support@loore.io if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Connected Pages and Instagram accounts

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram business account, you grant CommentLoop permission to read its comments and messages and, according to the settings, rules, and actions you choose, to hide, unhide, delete, like, and reply to comments, ban users from your Page, and send direct messages on your behalf. You confirm you have the right to grant that access for every account you connect.

Automatic actions only happen when you turn them on: moderation rules, automations, and automatic replies are off until you enable them. You remain fully responsible for your Pages and accounts, for what is published on them, and for your compliance with Meta's Terms, Community Standards, and Platform Terms.

We are not affiliated with Meta. Meta may change or restrict its APIs at any time, which may affect what CommentLoop can do.

4. AI-generated labels and replies

CommentLoop uses AI models to label comments and draft replies. Labels and replies may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable, and a comment may be hidden or left visible by mistake. You are responsible for reviewing drafts before you send them, for the settings that allow replies to be sent automatically, and for making sure what is published on your accounts is lawful and accurate. You must not use CommentLoop to publish content that is deceptive, discriminatory, unlawful, or that violates Meta's policies.

5. Your content and data

You keep ownership of everything you enter into CommentLoop and everything it generates for you (to the extent AI output can be owned under applicable law). You give us a licence to store, process, and display that content only as needed to run the service for you.

Comments and messages received by your connected accounts are processed on your behalf to provide the service. We do not sell them, use them for advertising, or share them with other customers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider and are priced by the number of comments processed each month. Prices and limits are shown in the app and may change with 30 days' notice. When an account reaches its monthly comment limit, or its trial or subscription ends, new comments are no longer moderated or answered until the next period or an upgrade. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If a payment fails we may suspend your account until it is settled.

7. Acceptable use

You must not: attempt to access other users' accounts or data; reverse engineer or scrape the service; use it to send spam or unsolicited messages; harass the people who comment on or message your accounts; overload or interfere with our systems; or resell access without our written agreement.

8. Availability and changes

CommentLoop is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change, add, or remove features at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. On termination we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to keep it by law. Removing a Page in CommentLoop, or removing the app in your Facebook settings, revokes CommentLoop's access to that account.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CommentLoop is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for comments that are hidden, deleted, or left visible, replies or messages sent through the service, lost sales, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from content published on your accounts, your use of connected Pages and Instagram accounts, or your breach of these Terms or Meta's policies.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bratislava, Slovakia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new Terms.
