Data deletion instructions

CommentLoop helps businesses manage comments and messages on their Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts. This page explains how to remove CommentLoop's access to your Facebook data and how to have the data we store deleted.

If you use CommentLoop

Remove one Page. Open CommentLoop, go to Pages, click the menu next to the Page, and choose Remove Page. The Page's comments, messages, settings, automations, reply drafts, website content, and stored pictures are deleted immediately, and CommentLoop stops receiving its comments and messages.

Remove CommentLoop from Facebook. On Facebook, go to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, select CommentLoop, and click Remove. This revokes CommentLoop's access to your Facebook account, Pages, and linked Instagram accounts.

Delete your whole account. Email support@loore.io from the email address of your CommentLoop account with the subject "Delete my account". We delete your account and all its data, including everything received from Facebook and Instagram, within 30 days, and confirm by email. We keep only records we must keep by law, such as invoices.

If you commented on or messaged a business that uses CommentLoop

Comments and messages you send to a Facebook Page or Instagram account are controlled by that business. You can delete your comment on Facebook or Instagram yourself, or ask the business to remove your data. You can also email us at support@loore.io with the name of the Page or Instagram account and your name or username as shown there. We will delete the data we hold about you for that business within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we delete

For the account or person concerned: Facebook and Instagram IDs, names and usernames, profile pictures, comment and message text, AI labels, reply drafts, the action log, and stored access tokens. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
